Ian Mccartney
Character & Prop Rigger
About:
As a designer I strive for efficiency in all of my work, enjoy the process of planning, and am very driven to work efficiently. I have always been fascinated by all forms of movement: everything from how a bird achieves flight to the movement of the gears in a watch. I find the same satisfaction in the world of digital animation. I can apply my knowledge of scripting languages to assist me in perfecting movements. I enjoy being part of a larger team and solving problems alone. I plan to help other designers bring their ideas to life through collaboration and teamwork. I enjoy creating things that help expedite the animation pipeline for everybody.
